Your missions
- Answer to customers' technical requests and guide them in the configuration and troubleshooting of our machines.
- Diagnose technical problems and propose suitable solutions
- Coordinate customer service interventions with internal teams
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of service interventions
- Prepare and followup customers' special offers and orders, from the initial quotation and technical advice through to installation
- Collaborate with internal teams and international subsidiaries
Your profil
- CFC automation technician or equivalent training ideally complemented by an ES diploma
- Knowledge of electrotechnical and mechanical systems
- Reading and interpreting technical diagrams and electrical schematics
- Excellent command of German and English, with a good knowledge of French
- Autonomy, analytical mindset, rigor and accuracy
- Sense of organization and priorities, stress management, solution-oriented
