Your missions

Answer to customers' technical requests and guide them in the configuration and troubleshooting of our machines.
Diagnose technical problems and propose suitable solutions
Coordinate customer service interventions with internal teams
Ensure the administrative follow-up of service interventions
Prepare and followup customers' special offers and orders, from the initial quotation and technical advice through to installation
Collaborate with internal teams and international subsidiaries

Your profil

CFC automation technician or equivalent training ideally complemented by an ES diploma
Knowledge of electrotechnical and mechanical systems
Reading and interpreting technical diagrams and electrical schematics
Excellent command of German and English, with a good knowledge of French
Autonomy, analytical mindset, rigor and accuracy
Sense of organization and priorities, stress management, solution-oriented

Your experience
