Your missions

  • Answer to customers' technical requests and guide them in the configuration and troubleshooting of our machines.
  • Diagnose technical problems and propose suitable solutions
  • Coordinate customer service interventions with internal teams
  • Ensure the administrative follow-up of service interventions 
  • Prepare and followup customers' special offers and orders, from the initial quotation and technical advice through to installation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and international subsidiaries

Your profil

  • CFC automation technician or equivalent training ideally complemented by an ES diploma
  • Knowledge of electrotechnical and mechanical systems
  • Reading and interpreting technical diagrams and electrical schematics
  • Excellent command of German and English, with a good knowledge of French
  • Autonomy, analytical mindset, rigor and accuracy
  • Sense of organization and priorities, stress management, solution-oriented

Your experience 

  • Desired experience in the machinery and maintenance industry
  • Experience in customer service
